Add the possibility for a customer to give feedback.

As a customer, I want to be able to give feedback so that I can share my problems and opinions with the shop operators. There shall be a dedicated page where a customer can enter his or her email-address and a free text. The feedback shall be shown as a list, ordered from newest to oldest, only accessible to the administrator.
