Add the possibility to use promotion codes during checkout

As a customer, I want to be able to enter a promo-code during checkout, so that I can profit from price benefits. The handling of the promotion code has not to be implemented yet, storing it suffices. Only one promotion code should be usable for one order. The maximum length of a promotion code is 20 chars.
